Austin: Being from Trophy Club and San Antonio has experienced and worked with a number of families with all different breeds and their needs. He used to be a volunteer fireman so he leads with integrity,
Pamela: Originally from Ft. Worth has experienced the joy of growing up with a four legged member of the family. She has also been taking care of dogs for over 12 years.
Together we make a powerhouse of a team that is 100% dedicated to human AND fur baby satisfaction. Whether it’s walking, feeding, poop scooping, cuddling or administering medication. We are trained and prepared to love your four legged family member. We truly do hope you give US a chance to EARN your trust.

Meet Serrano
He’s our first pup and the unofficial CEO of cuddles here at Pepper Paws! He’s a Cowboy Corgi (that’s Corgi + Blue Heeler magic) with striking blue eyes, giant ears, and the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet.
We got creative with his name and went with a pepper theme… spicy in name, but totally mellow in personality. Serrano is a chill pup who loves lap naps, gentle snoot boops, and handing out licks like high-fives.
He’s the proud big bro to our other peppers, Cayenne and Hatch, and he’s taught them everything about being a good doggy. Serrano’s friendly with just about everyone—human or pet (just don’t mention birds or squirrels 🐿️😉).
We love our sweet Serrano—and we’re sure your pet will too!
